2020 Building Insurance Certificate posted

Our 2020 Insurance Certificate is now in the document vault. Please note this insurance covers the building, not owners individual units (contents, liability). For these you will need your own insurance, and please remember that if liable, individual owners may be charged back up to $50,000 of our building's deductible. Please talk to your insurance agent and make sure you have this important coverage - it may not be automatically included in your policy.
