Parkade Membrane Renewal

The time has come for parkade membrane replacement. This is a vital component for the long-term health of our parking structure. Work will be broken up into 11 phases to ensure everyone will have parking available in Visitor parking while their regular parking stall is being worked on. This process will run from November 26 to early March (with a break for Christmas & New Year's week), and will mean there is effectively no parking for actual visitors during this time, as residents will be filling all visitor spots. Co-Op Marketplace reminds us this is their busiest time of year, and they will ticket visitors using their surface or underground parking. It is imperative that everyone know when work will commence for their part of the garage to avoid towing and fines. This information is posted throughout the building, and in the "News and Bulletins" section here on our site.
