Vinyl Plank Flooring

For anyone considering new flooring, the board highly recommends vinyl plank instead of laminate. Vinyl plank is completely waterproof, comes in a multitude of styles, looks just as good as high-end laminate, is easy to cut and lay, and is similarly priced. Due to our building's frequent and large leaks over the past few years, our insurance now has a $100,000 deductible, meaning we all pay to replace damaged flooring after a leak. If you are changing flooring, please consider this more durable (and waterproof) alternative.
